JUMP OUT THE WINDOW.

Have you ever wondered what it’d be like if you were the characters in a video game? Well Big Sean learns firsthand. Racing after a villain through a virtual reality, after stealing his princess from her castle, The Don shows that he will do whatever it takes to get her back.

Seems like Sean still wants to keep chivalry alive nowadays, as he even wins some extra bonus points towards the end with his latest visual off “I Decided. Living up to the single’s title, Big Sean will even ‘Jump Out The Window’ to show he’s down. Are you?

MY DADDY’S A G, IT’S GENETIC.

Just when we thought Big Sean had gotten everything off his chest, he’s back with another single “Bounce Back”. Giving us some food for thought on how to get bounce back from a setback, Big Sean keeps it 1000. From keeping it real with yourself, to weeding out the fakes, he gives us the true guideline to success. The Don’s taking back control.

MUSIC ANNIVERSARY: WATCH THE THRONE

YOU KNOW ME BY NOW.

On this day 5 years ago, one of the best hip hop collaborations was released into the world. Jay z and Kanye West joined forces and released Watch The Throne. This 16 track album even broke the record of first week sales on iTunes when it dropped. There was no need for heavy features on this album because Jay z and Kanye traded verses on each song, like jabs. You couldn’t help but call it a classic, truly black excellence. I really don’t know about anyone else, but I am still here for a Watch The Throne II

THROWBACK THURSDAY: NUMBER ONE

WORLD’S FAMOUS.

As summer is starting to whined down, what better way to jam out than to a Neptune’s beat. Taking it back 10 years to this classic track, this week’s throwback is Pharrell ft Kanye West “Number One”. As Skateboard P, and the Louie Vuitton Don help us get our two step on, as they let us know what makes their ladies number one.

HOLY KEY

TARGET PRACTICE

We might have to start calling DJ Khaled the locksmith. Back with another one, DJ Khaled  teams up for a heavenly melody with Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar and the powerful Betty Wright for the second single off his highly anticipated album Major Key. If you’re looking for inspiration, look no further. Ushering us into the pearly gates with positive energy and highlighting police brutality, you can’t help take concede to this PSA. Major Key is slated to drop July 29.

THROWBACK THURSDAY : OTIS

SOUNDS SO SOULFUL, DON’T YOU AGREE?

Due to the fact that yesterday made 5 years since this legendary sample of Otis Redding was brought to life, it’s only right that I make it the first of many throwback Thursdays. Now Watch The Throne was one of my favorite Hip Hop albums, and “Otis” was one of my favorite songs off the album. I can still remember the energy being brought to life as I watched it being performed during the Watch The Throne tour. So I can only imagine how the actual energy was in the booth. I don’t know about you, but I’m still here for a Watch The Throne 2!

BOYZ IN THE HOOD

LIVE FAST

Coming back from a 4 year hiatus, DJ Drama is back with a new album Quality Street Music 2 slated to drop July 22nd. Though this track didn’t quite make the cut due to some legal stipulations, it’ll still be in rotation. Trying to find a way to be free, Meek Mill, Pusha T and Ty Dolla $ign join Dj Drama on the track.
