NEW VIDEO: MOTORSPORT

This maybe one of the most anticipated videos of 2017, due to the unique collaboration of two female rappers, both hailing from New York Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. That’s right folks, the video for “Motorsport” by Migos featuring Cardi B and Nicki Minaj is finally out, and yup it’s what a lot of us expected from the two female MCs, separate scenes.

Now one can say there was a lot of speculation about how the song with this unique collab came about, but surely both parties knew about the video. Now we can argue scheduling conflict between the two females but a lot of people aren’t buying that. But what we all can agree on is that each woman looked AMAZING. Cardi sporting her green racing outfit with fiance Offset, while Nicki clapped back at Sophia the Robot with her futuristic, pink haired Braidpunzel scene. The fellas of Migos swagged out as usual of course.

Can’t help but wonder how big of a statement it would have been if Cardi B and Nicki did a scene or even a split screen together, but honestly it not happening speaks volumes. Though a lot f us were wishing  to see the two collab in a scene, we can only dream of it to come in 2018.

But for now we’ll take what we can get. Check out Motorsport below. SKURT SKURTTT

MOTOR SPORT.

This is really looking like Cardi B caught the biggest lick of the 2017. Besides becoming the first female rapper in 19 years (since Lauryn Hill) to have a number 1 single on the Billboard charts with “Bodak Yellow”, she had the surprise of a lifetime when her boyfriend Offset propose on stage, and she’s now back with a feature on the new Migos single, “Motor Sport” featuring another hot female rapper, Nicki Minaj. Yup, what some thought would never happen, did. Nicki Minaj and Cardi B are on the same track. Talk about a New York power move and takeover.

Though there was some speculations over who the song was originally intended for, the single still happened and it’s dope! Each female delivered clever word play, The fellas did too, but it was clearly all eyes on the ladies on this one. One could only imagine if we’ll see future projects from Cardi and Nicki or even how the music video would turn out. But for now, beggars can’t be choosers, so the audio will do.

NEW MUSIC: THE PINKPRINT FREESTYLE

THE DIFFERENCE IS A LOT OF Ms.

Just as school is coming back into session, Nicki Minaj takes us to class over a 5 minute freeystle “The Pinkprint Freestyle”.  Reminding us to never count her out as a phase because throughout her career she has had a  major following. Giving glory to God and slaying her verses it’s safe to say Nicki is back like she never left.

MAJOR KEY.

It seems as if DJ Khaled could be having one of the best years of his career. From becoming the most inspirational spokesman for success on snapchat, to getting the call to go on tour with Beyonce, to today, possibly dropping one of the best albums of his career.  Khaled has really given us MAJOR KEYS this year.  Reminding us every morning to be ourselves, be grateful for those people and things around us, that keep us grounded through love. And on top of all that, walk boldly past “THEY” who don’t want you to win.

Keys Open Doors

CAN’T CALL IT. I’m not even gonna lie, I had to take a mental vacation within the first half of the album. After hearing Jayz, Drake, Nas,Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar, AND J.Cole within the first 4 songs of the album, I was on some Jesus take the wheel. The production alone had me ready to throw my hands up. Then add in the lyrical word play, I knew that the second half of the album was the rest of a masterpiece. Delivering us with slow jams, and some twerking beats, yet all the while still dropping gems of knowledge, DJ Khaled gives us a very well put together classic. Do yourself a favor, spread the fan love,  and listen to our neighborhood locksmith, DJ Khaled on yet another one Major Key.
